Jim came in, did a home valuation and did everything he said he would do. Showed me how pricing worked & where he believed home would sell. Conducted Open House, shot videos, sent mailers & even made multiple trips to do additional pictures. Worked consistently to get an offer then negotiated for my and kept me informed all the way to close. There were never any surprises or times that I felt Jim wasn’t on top of everything.
