I really enjoyed dealing with Jim when looking for a home to purchase. He was very informative with information on houses in the area where I was looking to purchase. The best part of working with Jim was that he was not pushy at all. He would take me to a location and let me go through the house at my pace without trying to sell me on the house. This made me very comfortable. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Jim and his wife provided outstanding service for us. We were looking for a winter home in Florida and contacted Jim. He spent time on the phone to get to know our must haves and what we were looking for before setting us up to receive property listings tailored to our needs. We came in for a week, toured properties he had set up and purchased one. Jim was there for inspections as we were in Chicago and sent pictures. He also suggested negotiating with the builder and we received additional add-ons which other buyers’ realtors never suggested. He also remained in contact after the closing to answer questions about the area. Jim and his wife are knowledgeable, personable and definitely the realtor to use!
