Jim was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the area. He introduced me to some of my neighbors and made me feel comfortable in my decision-making. He seemed more like a caring friend than a sales person. He made the scariness of moving from Minnesota to South Carolina go away. Due to the fact that I was in Minnesota for most of our interactions I still felt like I was in good hands and that he had my best interests in mind. I definitely highly recommend him as a realtor. I have moved a lot and have dealt with many realtors. None have been as wonderful as Jim.
