Jim clearly knows the real estate market and what he is doing. Always very professional, kind and polite. Occasionally appeared to believe that we knew a bit more about the mechanics and/or details of purchasing a house than we did. Looking forward to working again with Jim to sell our Yorkshire house.
I highly recommend Jim! Highly knowledgeable about the area and SO patient with us. He went the extra mile for us and accommodated every request. We spent almost two years with Jim looking at properties and Jim never seemed hurried or frustrated with us. He was knowledgeable about the properties and he was able to find the answers to all of our questions. We never felt any pressure from him to “pull the trigger” on a property and he was so pleasant and reassuring with us that the right property would come along.

We looked at many properties with Jim. He was always willing to make the appointments to fit our schedule. When we decided to build a new home, he registered us with the builders rep and continues to follow up with them.
