Sometimes I had to remind myself that I was not Jim's only customer because of how accessible he was throughout the whole process. It did not matter what time it was or what day of the week, he always responded promptly. He also reached out to me with updates, advice, reminders, etc. I am sure his expertise made it possible for us to have offers within days and sell our house in 4 days. Thanks
