Jim went above and beyond for us as we were looking for a home from another state. His experience, knowledge, and connections he has made all the difference and allowed us to purchase the ideal home for us. Especially not being familiar with the area at all, he made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions we had without ever feeling pressured. Communication was great, and he went to the property multiple times to take videos, check on things, and even helped us out after the closing. The whole process was so seamless and enjoyable.
