Jim was beyond excellent! We live in MA and wanted to buy a STR in Orlando and he was so incredibly helpful from start to finish. I believe showing us where not to look is even more important than just letting us pick a house we thought was nice. At the end we found a great house for a great deal and it had its headaches (not from him at all) and yet he made sure it all went smooth and went above and beyond all hours of the day (and night) ! I could not recommend him more. I guess I’ll have to save for my next house again
