Jim and his team did a tremendous job selling our property. He was quick to lay out a plan and worked with us to execute it in a very timely and efficient manner. His team guided us thru preparing the property. His team took over from there. The McQuade team had it listed, priced and presented beautifully. Their knowledge had the property advertised everywhere that would benefit it being sold. The property was having offers so quickly we were stunned and excited. No kidding! It was sold in a few days and closed within a month in what many would say was a buyer’s market.
