I was selling this home in Mainlands after the death of the owner, who was a close friend. I had never been through this type of home sale before, and Jim's experience allowed him to be very helpful. Jim was wonderful. No one in our condo has ever sold a unit in under 60 days but Jim made it happen. He was present whenever an agent brought his/her clients to view the condo. He pointed out all the benefits and upgrades the unit and the building had to offer. We had a few minor repairs after the inspection and Jim took care of all of them. Jim even came by on packing and moving day to make sure all was going well. He made the selling of our condo less stressful than it could have been. Thanks Jim! We highly recommend him.
