We had never met Jim prior and used him as our Agent when moving to Marion and looking for a house. We could not have asked for a better realtor. He was honest, punctual, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he went out of his way to find the answer and got back to us promptly. He looked out for our interests throughout the whole process.
