Jim was involved from the being till the end making sure I knew what paperwork needed to be done and when it needed to be turned in. He walked me through the house virtually and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. He worked well with the sellers agent and made sure that my wants and needs were met. His genuine kindness was apparent and I felt like I had made a new friend come closing time. I will buy/sell from him again.
