Jim went far above and beyond to help my mother sell her property in Cannon Beach in what was an extremely complex situation. We weren't able to be there in person, and Jim helped us do everything remotely — from preparing the property to finding the right buyers to guiding us through the transaction and even helping back up some important belongings and shipping them to us. Really, I couldn't offer a more effusive endorsement. You'd be very lucky to be able to work with Jim.

Selling my place was extremely complicated on many levels, from the house itself , to my health and complications in moving to a whole list of other concerns. These kept me from selling.
