Jim was responsive in the beginning & throughout, accommodating which seemed helpful until there was a realization that I was much more knowledgeable in repairs, a widow; to what slowly turned into not completing the entire transaction as expected although it had been communicated clearly of the expectations in a professional manner. As the realtor, he was not knowledgeable to the home, the area & its actual needs, requirements, description discrepancies as well as how to completely carryout the transaction process to make the purchase satisfactory in the end. As someone who has, worked intensely with the the purchasing process not only as a multitude of my own past homeownerships but as a loan officer, dealing with realtors, inspectors & so forth; the end result became apparent. Once the transaction had been completed, I was reassured the place was to be completely emptied, "as is" without any further damages & trash to be completely removed by the date set. Jim Foster had been notified as well as given multitude of opportunities to resolve these issues. Jim Foster reassured damages caused after purchase by the previous owners moving & trash left behind would be compensated yet was completely disregarded. I decided to no longer hold accountability until I was continuously getting "friendly" reminders to leave my great experience - then Jim Foster decided to show up annanounced while continuously sending reminders. Reminder, Jim Foster - a deal is a deal, be professional & carryout the entire transaction process appropriately. Postive outcomes in this industry is beyond ethical & working with this type of individual who is not a trustworthy one is a huge risk. This is never a small purchase & my clients trusted me to make sure they're taken care of completely until the end & thereafter (not only during the purchase process) but also not to strong arm for a positive feedback when this calls for brutal honesty & ramifications
