Jim Fishinger

Jim was awesome to help me navigate a very competitive market in a new area for us. We were setup with him through Trulia/Zillow when I expressed an interest in a home to see while visiting the area. From there he guided us on the neighborhoods and showed us a few properties making recommendation within our parameters and responding quickly when I found something. We did not win our first offer, but he guided us through the bidding process making suggestions about what to offer that would be competitive without going overboard. After we won an offer, he also helped prioritizing and coordinating repairs prior to move in! I would not hesitate to use him again.
