Jim Dropps

Jim helped us sell a duplex in NE Minneapolis and a home in North Minneapolis. Jim approached both sales with prompt attention and got work moving quickly. In our home in North Minneapolis, we had a 15 foot deep hole in front of our house due to road construction and had multiple projects to tend to prior to selling. Jim helped research the road project to understand the timing of completion, had a great network of contractors to help prep the house for new owners, and helped with negotiations with the buyer during the inevitable back and forth proceeding the sale of a home. Jim managed both sales while we were away on travel and residing in another state. Both homes were listed within our expected timeframe and sold above what I thought they would sell for.
