I can’t say enough good things about Jim, Rhonda, and the team. In today’s fast moving real estate market, Jim and his team were on top of every new house that popped up and were sure to have our best interests in mind. If we wanted information on a house, we got it. As a first-time homebuyer, you hear the horror stories of trying to navigate the process, but I can honestly say I never had to question anything while working with Jim. Jim & Rhonda helped me purchase my first home in 2016 after many months of unfortunate luck with sellers and lots of labor on their behalf.
