I can’t say enough good things about Jim...

I can’t say enough good things about Jim, Rhonda, and the team. In today’s fast moving real estate market, Jim and his team were on top of every new house that popped up and were sure to have our best interests in mind. If we wanted information on a house, we got it. As a first-time homebuyer, you hear the horror stories of trying to navigate the process, but I can honestly say I never had to question anything while working with Jim. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Jim & Rhonda helped me purchase my first...

Jim & Rhonda helped me purchase my first home in 2016 after many months of unfortunate luck with sellers and lots of labor on their behalf. Flash forward to 2022, I decided it was finally time to sell that home and move on. I reached out to Jim & Rhonda once again since my experience purchasing went so well, I couldn’t imagine my selling experience would be any different - I was right! As soon as I reached out, they were very responsive, took the time to explain everything to me and started the paperwork right away since I was ready to go. From beginning to end, they provided excellent service, great communication and frequent updates - it was an incredibly smooth and easy process. I recommend them so much so that I have two family members currently working with them to sell their homes - you will love working with them!
