As a lifelong Providence resident, Jim uses his deep knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods to match clients with properties that enhance their lives and businesses. Offering more than real estate savvy, Jim also brings an in-depth knowledge of finance. Before following his passion into real estate, he worked for 25 years in banking, and nearly 15 years as chief business officer of Bank Rhode Island, after working as a vice president for both Citizens Bank and Bank of America.
Jim offers a wide-range of network to organizations and professionals in the area, allowing him to provide his clients with a rare body of knowledge to assist them in securing their perfect home. His active participation in community affairs highlights his commitment to empowering local businesses and residential markets in Providence.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Providence College. He currently lives on the East Side of Providence with his husband, Brett Smiley.
