Jim was excellent in assisting us with finding our first home. He was always responsive and accommodating to our schedules and our constantly changing views on what we thought we wanted. Jim suggested neighborhoods and areas around town we were not 100% familiar with, but he truly understood our needs and wants, and made suggestions based on those items. Furthermore, even after closing, Jim continued to assist us with names of trusted contractors, and has continued to keep in touch. I know when it is time for us to look for an investment property or our second home, Jim will be the first call we make!
