Jim Cox

Jim was excellent in assisting us with finding our first home. He was always responsive and accommodating to our schedules and our constantly changing views on what we thought we wanted. Jim suggested neighborhoods and areas around town we were not 100% familiar with, but he truly understood our needs and wants, and made suggestions based on those items. Furthermore, even after closing, Jim continued to assist us with names of trusted contractors, and has continued to keep in touch. I know when it is time for us to look for an investment property or our second home, Jim will be the first call we make!

Jim is an absolute joy to work with and will literally drop everything he is doing at anytime of day to help out his clients. He made our buying process very seamless and always had the best suggestions throughout the entire process.
