
Jim provided great guidance and support as we looked to sell my home of the last 60+ years. He assessed what was needed to increase the sale value, helped me identify people to do the work, and gave me great advice on timing of the sale. When the first home appraiser on our first came back with a low value, Jim used his background in building and electrical to challenge the appraisal and advise me to not give concessions. We put the house back on the market and ended up with a full price offer and an appraisal that supported the price. The result is that I walked away with the full value of my home instead of the lower price the first offer was pushing for.
