I originally got in contact with the Halleys the day after a condo I was interested in went on the market. They were able to quickly organize a showing and help me put in an offer on the very same day. They were always quick to respond, easy to get a hold of, and kept everything moving along smoothly. When the condo ended up in a bidding war, they helped me navigate it and gave me great advice throughout the process. I had a lot of stress as a first time home-buyer, but they diffused all of it. I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end my experience surpassed any expectations I had coming in. I would (and already have) recommended her to others. I've known Crystal Halley for many years. I've contacted her several times over the years out of curiosity to think about whether I should sell or not. She has always been courteous and patient in entertaining my questions. Of course, when I recently decided to sell my place it had to happen urgently and without any delay! Crystal got into action immediately. She pushed back a little bit on my timeline to give us time to make a couple of needed improvements to make the place more appealing (paint, carpet, declutter etc). I was concerned until I saw the final product. It looked beautiful and we sold it in 5 days once it hit the market. It pays to work with a pro, and Crystal is certainly a top professional!
