We didn’t deal with Jim at all, but Crystal was great. She has been a realtor for forty years, so is very knowledgeable. She gave us good advice as we went through the process. However, she was also receptive to our thoughts and opinions. She responded promptly to any requests or questions we had. We were very satisfied with how our home sale turned out. We would use her again, and would recommend her to other sellers. In fact, we just did earlier today.

I originally got in contact with the Halleys the day after a condo I was interested in went on the market. They were able to quickly organize a showing and help me put in an offer on the very same day. They were always quick to respond, easy to get a hold of, and kept everything moving along smoothly. When the condo ended up in a bidding war, they helped me navigate it and gave me great advice throughout the process. I had a lot of stress as a first time home-buyer, but they diffused all of it. I would highly recommend them.

I've known Crystal Halley for many years. I've contacted her several times over the years out of curiosity to think about whether I should sell or not. She has always been courteous and patient in entertaining my questions. Of course, when I recently decided to sell my place it had to happen urgently and without any delay! Crystal got into action immediately. She pushed back a little bit on my timeline to give us time to make a couple of needed improvements to make the place more appealing (paint, carpet, declutter etc).
