Thanks to Jillian we found the perfect house in February, then the pandemic hit making the process a little more difficult. Jillian kept things moving and we closed in April. She is great at communicating with you by phone or text. Several months after the closing we experienced a major issue with the house (no one's fault, just things happen) and she stepped up and assisted us in getting the right people in and going so far as going to the house to let them in and staying while work was being done as we couldn't be there. She went well beyond what we could have expected even when other realtors could have said sorry my part in this is done. She works for and with you to see that you are happy, satisfied and helps ease all those anxious buyer concerns. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
