When we met Jillian she gave us an Incredible estimate for what our house would sell for. We put the house on the market, and within six days we had multiple offers, almost all at full asking price and even one over asking by a significant amount! Unfortunately, our appraisal did not go as expected but in no way does that reflect on Jillian.
