She was able to schedule many showings early on and we were able to secure a buyer for the condominium within the first week of listing and closed one month later. She did many things that I did not expect from calling many people to make sure the closing went smoothly, to attending the buyers inspection so there would be no surprises. And best of all she is very pleasant and easy to work with.
