I've worked in some aspect of real estate throughout my career beginning with escrow in 1986 and later in sales & marketing for a national title insurance company in the San Francisco Bay Area where I grew up. My prior 20 year title insurance career has been tremendously impactful as it gave me valuable insight into the title (search) process; the escrow process; and by logical extension, the real estate process. I feel fortunate to have experienced such a comprehensive background prior to becoming licensed myself. I became a Realtor in 2016 and have had the privilege of assisting many clients in the buying and selling process. My greatest attribute is frankly, my experience over a 20 plus year career in the real estate industry. My title career was particularly valuable as it introduced me beyond the Residential realm (where I primarily work,) into Commercial, 1031 Exchanges, Subdivisions, and an assortment of financing types, that though I'm no longer well versed in, I know where to get the answers to help my clients.
