Jill Moylan and Lyndsey Glymph are amazing! They assisted with the sale of my home. This was the second time I used the services of Home Advantage Realty and I could not be happier doing so. Jill, Lyndsey and the entire Home Advantage Team are the DREAM TEAM in Realestate. We weren’t local and we had never sold a house before when we listed our Rosewood house for sale. Jill and Lyndsey worked to ensure that every detail was handled with professional accuracy and detail. They coordinated EVERYTHING we needed to sell the house fast and for top dollar. They managed the remodeling projects, repairs and updates with contractors, cleaners and landscaping professionals. This alone made it above and beyond easy for us. We live 6 hrs away and are detached from the daily ins and outs of the house and wouldn’t have been able to manage getting the house market ready without their help. From start to finish, every detail was handled with a smile and reassuring calm that made selling our home long distance easy. I would recommend Home Advantage again and again. And though, Jill represented us as a sellers agent, I can only imagine what it would be like to work with her as a buyer.

When it was time to sell we reached back out to them with confidence they would again meet our needs. They exceeds our expectations selling our home within just weeks for 98% of the asking price and significantly over the price we paid just three years prior. This was my second time working with Jill and her team, and of course they were exceptional once again! Jill helped me purchase my first house in Columbia about 2 years ago - I had since completed my renovations to the house, and was ready to sell and move to a larger home in Lexington - and of course my first call was to Jill. Within 24 hours of my first call with Jill, my Columbia house was photographed (excellent photographs too!) and listed, and I was under contract on my new house in Lexington. To top it off, my Columbia house received a full-price offer after being listed for only 5 days! Once again, the entire process of buying (and selling too) was smooth, stress-free, and with no problems whatsoever. Jill's recommended inspectors and contractors were great as well. Having the team of Jill, Kerry, and Lyndsey is like having three realtors for the price of one! They are true professionals, and it shows in everything they do!

This was a closed sale, but our experience with Jill couldn't have gone more smoothly. Her understanding of the process and boundless knowledge and experience in dealing with inspectors, contractors, etc, made it a truly pleasurable experience.

Let me say That I rarely to never write reviews but in this case I have to! Home Advantage Realty especially Jill Moylan and Lyndsey are the Awesome! I Live in Charleston SC and had an Historical property in Columbia that had multiple issues due to Tenants leaving my home in really bad shape. (Lets just say 10 Cats). Lyndsey and Jill were on the ball coordinating contractors, meeting contractors, advising me the most cost effective treatments for my home to remedy the smell left behind. I could not have done all this from Charleston. Once the property was listed 6 months later I received an offer within a couple weeks at near FULL ASKING.
