Jill Garton

Jill has excellent communication, organizational skills and collaborates with everyone who is involved in the property purchase. All aspects of the sale were seamless, and we were kept abreast of every detail and updated with the process of the sale. Jill responded quickly with answers to our questions no matter the time of day. Jill showed us numerous properties, in which we were able to take our time to view and gave us some insight on details we might have missed. I would absolutely recommend Jill to my friends and family!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jill Garton to purchase our first home. From the moment we met her, she put us at ease, which meant so much to my husband and me during this major milestone in our lives. Jill's warmth, honesty, and loyalty stood out immediately. She was incredibly responsive and never hesitated to answer any question we had, no matter how small. What really impressed us was how much she genuinely cared about finding the right home for us—there was never any pressure, just support and understanding. Jill made sure the entire process felt comfortable and stress-free. It's clear she puts her clients first and truly wants what's best for them. We couldn’t be happier with our new home, and we’re so grateful to have had Jill by our side throughout the journey. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares.
