Jill assisted me in selling a rental property that I had owned for 9 years. She devoted a significant amount of time and energy to ensure the house sold for it's maximum value. Outside of the typical "realtor" duties, Jill spent a significant amount of time and energy overseeing numerous upgrades in the house (interior paint, carpet, countertops, fixtures, etc).
