Jie Zheng

We are happy to have found Jie as a buyer’s agent. She had me there the first time we made contact. Not surprisingly, first-time homebuyers have a ton of questions and confusions and that’s where Jie stands out. Our previous agent was deficient in his capacity as a realtor. Home buying is huge and a lot of money in, therefore we weren’t interested in being on someone’s learning curve. We switched to Jie because she is Experienced, Honest and Responsive, which is what we consider the best qualities for a real estate agent. Experienced means Jie got us a good deal - the best we could hope for at the time being and a peace of mind; Honest means she kept her end of the bargain as far as rebate is concerned; and Responsive means that all my doubts were cleared without investing time into researching all those problems. Jie has always been there to answer my questions both before and after I move in. I know I would have her again in my future home buying and selling.
