Jewel was very professional and knowledgeable. Our transaction went smoothly. Couldn’t asked for any better Agent to work with. Highly recommend Jewel Palmer - Palmer Realty.
An excellent experience working with Palmer Realty. My house was listed just days before the COVID shutdown occurred and I still closed within 6 months. If you want a realtor you can rely on I’d recommend Jewel Palmer from Palmer Reality.
Jewel made every part of the process simple, flexible, and quick for us! She helped us negotiate with firm sellers and made honest communications with us.
Jewel was able to help us find & close on the perfect home in record time. She was helpful & took care of every detail. We recommend her services, she'll do whatever it takes to find the perfect place for you, too.
We have worked with Jewel several times when buying and selling. She is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. However, her best quality is honesty. She does not try to simply sell you a home, make a commission and wish you luck. She helps you find a home that is PERFECT for you. Jewel researches her listings, she looks up records for buyers and she takes her time with each client and each listing. She works hard for her clients. I won't use anyone but Jewel. She is the best realtor we have ever used!
Jewel is the hardest working realtor I've met. She's sold two properties for me. In both cases she wasn't content to simply advertise and hope for the best. She actually got out her rolodex and called previous potential buyers and found someone to buy our property who wasn't even looking to buy. Anyone can list a property on the internet and wait for the phone to ring. What she pulled off was truly impressive.
Jewel represented me as a first time homebuyer. She assisted me through the process with ease and no pressure as she helped me find the place that was best for me as well as my budget. Jewel kept communication open with each step of negotiations, inspections, and closing. I definitely recommend Jewel rather Buying or Selling. I would not think twice about who to contact if I choose to put my home on the market.
Jewel help me purchase the last two properties I acquired and shown many others to me. She is Always available to work with my schedule and very responsive to my txt messages.
Jewel made buying our first home such a wonderful experience, she went above and beyond when it came to helping us find our perfect home. I loved Jewel because she looks out for your best interest no matter what. Don’t be a fool call Jewel if your looking to buy a home. I promise you won’t be dissaponted.
Jewel is a mover and shaker trying her best to sell your property. Our home sat for a year, it didn’t sell. She revised the pics, the wording, suggested some presentation changes, and it sold. She did what other agents didn’t do for us. Would choose her again!
In 2008 we purchased a 2nd home (mountain cabin) in which Jewel Palmer was the listing Agent. Jewel was very responsive to our request to see the property, always professional, and knowledgeable both about the property and the local area. Any questions were answered quickly, and Jewel always seemed to have a helping spirit to assist us with our dream cabin. After purchase Jewel continued to help us by referring local contractors that she trusted to help us with changes we wanted to make to the property. Excellent Agent!
Jewel Palmer is highly professional and very personable to work with. She took care of me and my family while we were new to the area and trying to find a house with property. She took her time completely to meet our needs and criteria. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her!
