Very knowledgeable, very helpful, on top of things! First time homebuyer she walked me through all the steps of the process. Told me exactly how is going to go and I it went above my expectations. No surprises, nothing to be stressed about! I’ll recommend her in a heartbeat beat to anyone that wants to work with a knowledgeable professional!
Jewel provided a truly top-tier experience as our listing agent. From day one, she was exceptionally attentive and responsive to even the smallest details. Whenever an issue arose, she addressed it quickly, calmly, and with absolute professionalism. Jewel possesses a rare ability to navigate communication seamlessly between both the buyer and seller sides, keeping the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. She consistently took care of minor, easily overlooked details that could have stalled the process otherwise. We consider her service to be absolute top tier, Five-Stars is not sufficient. We cannot thank her enough for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
We contacted Jewel in November to come give us an idea of what we could ask for our house and to see if there were any updates we should make. She came out right away and had us a $ in just a few short days. Once we were ready to put it on the market, she came out that week, took pictures, and had it on the market in a day. We had 11 showings in 4 days and went under contract on the 4th day of it being on the market. Every showing Jewel did, we quickly got a message about how it went. It was such an easy process all the way up and through closing! We couldn’t be happier we chose Palmer Realty and Jewel to sell our house.
Jewel was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept in constant communication with us during each step of the way. We rate Jewel as a five-star agent and would definitely recommend her services to others!

Jewel helped me sell my parents property last spring. Her knowledge of the area and quick response with call and emails was fantastic. Would recommend her anytime.
I loved working with Jewel. She used her great experience in marketing to sell my mom's property. She knew what would work and wasn't afraid to invest in the advertising that it took to sell a very unique property. She also listened to us and wasn't afraid to think outside the box. Thank you, dear Jewel, for making a bittersweet moment in time bearable
Loved working with Jewel to buy our home last year. She advocated for us and ensured we got the best and most we could out of the whole process! Will be going to her again for future selling/buying. :)
