If I could give less than 1 star I would. She accepted a job for an appraisal with a two week deadline. A week and a half in multiple parties attempted to reach her for an update but were unsuccessful. The only contact that was made was with her scheduler who told us she was unable to say if the report would be done by the due date. Finally, the day before the due date, late afternoon, she sent an email saying she would not be doing the report. After both realtors, the buyer, and the seller had all attempted to reach her for an update. She claimed she would no longer be able to do the report. Luckily we were able to schedule another appraiser from another company who conducted the appraisal the next morning and had the report to us later that day. Don't waste the time or money. Absolute nightmare!

Jessie helped me transition through some difficult times in my life. She guided me through the sale of my home. That made it less stressful for me. She took great pictures of my house to post on numerous websites. Jessie was very knowledgeable about the market price of houses in my area. I would recommend her to other people wishing to buy or sell a home.

She is knowledgeable and a wealth of information. She explained the process and what to expect as we went through all of the processes involved, even answering questions that I swear felt stupid. She was easy to keep in contact with for any questions that we had. On top of that, we had the right price for our listing because we sold in 4 days! HIGHLY recommend!

Jessie has been very helpful in my recent purchase and sale of homes! She went above and beyond her role as a realtor. She is very friendly and efficient when it comes to processing homes. I will use her again in the future!
