Able to close the deal in a very competitive market!
After I sold my house through Jess, I was in the market for another investment property, but given the crazy market, I was hesitant to get into a bidding war. Jess was able to identify a property with excellent ROI, and able to close the deal very quickly, which avoided having other potential buyers bid up the price. She was in fact able to get me the property under asking! If it was not for her quick turnaround of the required paperwork and her relationship with the sellers agent, this would have not been possible. I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her!
