In todays world its hard to find a person that does what they say they will do. From start to finish Jessica performed on time and as advertised. She met prior to the house going on the market to make suggestions on neutral paint colors, as well as updating fire alarms to current regulations. Jessica cares so much for her clients. She goes above and beyond what is called for. On this house, Jessica recommended several contractors to me for different issues I wanted fixed in my house. All were great except for one. This contractor did some questionable stuff to one of my household systems during an estimate he was given me for repairs and then charged me several hundred dollars for the estimate. He also quoted me thousands of dollars to have this system replaced. After further review of the system in question by a different contractor I was able to get it repaired not replaced at a reasonable price. Because Jessica has integrity and cares about her clients she reimbursed me the full amount I was charged by the contractor in question for the estimate. Thank you.
