Jessica was very informative and a wealth of knowledge, able to answer any and all questions I had about the process no matter how simple or complex. She was easy to work with and amazing at her job! She never countered any opinions that I had about the process or a property without reason and example from experience to provide the counter point witch I immensely appreciated. Nor did she pressured me to make any decisions about properties we looked at but when it was time to go she hit the ground running, late nights and early mornings around my schedule, making sure that I not only had all of the paperwork that I needed but understood what was going on, how the process worked, and where I stood in said process.
Jessica was great, from the start, going through the paperwork necessary to list the house, through to the end at settlement. She arranged the most impressive home walk through, complete with drone flyover, and set to music a vignette showcasing our house. She worked with the buyer's agent to quickly pass questions to us and information back from us, to sure smooth communications during the offer period, so that settlement took place with no glitches. She was helpful during the negotiation on price and worked to get us the best deal. Jessica was awesome to work with, and I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling a house!

Having someone on your side that knows what they're doing is a huge benefit. With Jessica, I felt like I was in the best hands could've found myself in. She knows the ins and outs of the real estate market as well as how to navigate what can have touchy, difficult waters to navigate. Unresponsiveness was never an issue...I don't recall having to wait more than an hour for a return call, even on weekends.
