Jessica has been wonderful. We were moving from out of state on a tight timeline and we didn't narrow down which part of Phoenix area we would settle. We found Jessica on a listing that closed of a home that we liked and wanted to know who the realtor that represented the buyer --> Jessica! We reached out to her and she quickly responded with a call. She quickly was able to 'interview' us to help narrow the areas down to two core areas but remained flexible to new input as we did our research in parallel. She quickly helped arrange showings as we were driving out. She was great not weighing too much as we viewed properties to let us fully see a place and then would give her good insights post showings, pointing out subtle things about builder quality and things to look out for. We ended up loving North Scottsdale and although we had to return back out of state, she continued to assist while we were out of town and ultimately during the closing inspections, helping to represent us while we were out of town. Even post our close, Jessica continued to help with recommendations for shutters, landscaping, cabinet makers, and handymen, which all of have been so beneficial to us.

Jessica had been working with us for awhile trying to find the perfect house and this past October she found it! She was meticulous, informative, always available, and professional. When we had questions, she had answers. When we were discouraged, she was optimistic. We would and have recommended Jessica to friends and family.

Jessica was new as a realtor when we decided to sell our home. You'd never know that from her professional attitude and knowledge of the market. The house was listed above what other agents thought it was worth. That didn't discourage her, it only made her resolve even stronger. The house sold for full price. We are moving again and Jessica will be listing our home. I'm sure she'll do it again.

My husband and I recently worked with Jessie on the sale of our rental condo. We have never worked with a realtor who is more professional, organized, determined, and yet so friendly and inviting.
