From the moment I let Jessica know I wanted to sell my condo to the day we got an offer was TEN days. She was amazing. Super responsive, helpful, aggressive. She had staging and professional photos done within a few days of deciding to list. I got two offers seven days after the condo was officially on the market. The offer I ended up accepting was a hair under asking. I moved out of state before the inspection, appraisal and closing. Jessica found a budget friendly cleaning person, shipped me something that was delivered after I left, and generally made sure everything was good to go. She was fantastic!
