We happened to find Jessica through Zillow as we just planned to check out one property at the beginning of our home search. We met with her one time and knew that she was the agent for us. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She's always on time and is prepared. I would often send her a list of properties I'm interested in. And she would always have all the information ready and willing to meet me that day or the very next day. Jessica was always prepared to give me detailed information on the property such as (renovation data, prev. Repair history, upcoming spendings, hoa reserve, possible increase in monthly payments, and etc). She will give you her honest opinion and have your best interest in mind. I remember on a typical viewing, Jessica would tell me what the exterior wall, windows, floors, and etc are made out of and what the general lifespan of them are. She will point out things that the property recently replaced or needs replacing like the water heater, sink, or outlets. Jessica also pays a lot of attention to detail and was proactive in helping me. There was this one time we walked into a property, and I thought it was perfect but she pointed out that there was something wrong with the floor. She was right, the floor had a long bump and it was slanted. If anybody else was showing me that unit, I'm sure they would'nt have noticed. She also knows that my main concern was the appreciation rate of my condo. I knows its impossible to predict the market, but Jessica would research what the property was sold for in the past, what's nearby, noise level, neighborhood, safety rating, nearby schools, and etc to inform me as best as she could so that I can make the best decision. She was very patient with me and I'll only work with her in the future. I woukd recommend her to anyone!

Jessica helped us find our home. She was very attentive to what we were looking for and our concerns. As soon as we started she had properties for us to look at that fit our criteria and they improved as we worked with her. Protecting us was her top priority in writing the contracts and making sure we got as much fixed by the seller as possible.
