one word-- AMAZING!--- Jessica is one of those rare professionals whom I seek out, not pushy and extremely organized and an all around excellent consultant. We started working with Jessica from a non-referral basis January 2020 and into COVID-19 we bought our "dream house" April close 2020. Most appreciate Jessica for her patience and easy going attitude when it came to looking at houses..she was never late, always on time when showing us a house in the competitive market! What makes her amazing, is your timing is your timing to buy / sell....Jessica did not once put any pressure on us to make decisions. We could not have asked for more from Jessica in our house selling and buying experience. She went of our way to help us through the process of deciding to sell, helped us identify options, weigh pros and cons, etc. and she made her self available to provide recommendations on which projects/purchases were necessary (or not) to get the best value for our home. Jessica was amazing to work with! She was always so attentive and readily available when a house went on the market that my husband and I wanted to go see. As a nurse, my schedule is a little different, there were times Jessica would meet us at a house late at night, just so we could be the first ones there! Buying a house is obviously a stressful time, Jessica was so good at calming our nerves, explaining the process to first time home buyers and communicating with other agents in a timely matter.
