There was a wrinkle in the offer/acceptance process because of the selling agent's mistake. Jessica stuck with it, working with her agency's legal advisers and the seller's agent and that agency. At the end it worked out OK for all parties. We'd been working with Jessica for a few months before even our coming to Ft. Collins.
