Even though I’m sure I was driving her mad (at times), Jess was wonderful to work with and patient with me during the arduous process of viewing multiple homes, in various parts of the city. She made numerous resources available to me during the final phase, ensuring I knew what was involved with my home, and any maintenance or repairs that would be needed upon closing.
