Jessica was outstanding. She provided data for pricing and I felt she helped me put together a competitive well thought listing in a market that was a bit difficult to pinpoint. She handled a ton of communication with buyers - did much of the work of the buying agent in order to move the deal forward . She was always quick to respond and answer questions patiently and with detail. She has first hand local knowledge and can’t say enough about my experience with her!

We contacted Jessica after previously trying to sell our property through through two other agents working for Michael Saunders. Whilst the property sold swiftly once Jessica was dealing with it should be said at a lower price due to the October 24 hurricane damage. However our reasons for firmly recommending Jessica is because she is very hardworking, deals with everything quickly and efficiently and above all try's her best to gain the sale at the price you require. We wish we had contacted her first! We will certainly be recommending her to anyone we know who wants a good agent to sell their property.
