In a tough buyers market with some hurdles to overcome, Jessica was a pro! We sold our house and a lot of our belongings in Ohio, rented a house for two months in Florida and started looking for our new Condo. Our hurdles included a large dog and a two month timeline to find and close on a place and be moved in before the rental period was up. Jessica not only found us a great condo that allows large dogs, but she is extremely knowledgeable of the market and meticulous with details and following up.
