She answered every question promptly. We were able to get in touch with her at any time. She addressed every obstacle with a solution and it made our experience so much easier. She worked endlessly to get us closed on a last minute house for us to move into. She even scheduled pressure washing and helped with paint colors etc… when I was out of town. We now trust her with investment properties and consider her a friend.

Jess is outstanding! She was great throughout the entire process from start to finish! And when our offer fell through, she stayed calm and collective and immediately was able to contact a back up offer and get our house sold at the original closing date.
