Jess Noto is an Excellent Realtor, we knew that this property was going to be a challenge to sell due to its location. The house was beautiful with a serene backyard that sat on the creek. We reviewed the market analysis had lots of discussions and gave it three months to sell. There was lots of interest but many concerns about the Creek. Jess was able to overcome the objections and find the perfect buyer within our timeline. We talked we prayed, and with faith and trust the right buyer came along. Jess and her staff were fantastic, they answered all of my questions helped with inspections and eased my mind.
