Jess Noto is an Excellent Realtor, we knew that this property was going to be a challenge to sell due to its location. The house was beautiful with a serene backyard that sat on the creek. We reviewed the market analysis had lots of discussions and gave it three months to sell. There was lots of interest but many concerns about the Creek. Jess was able to overcome the objections and find the perfect buyer within our timeline. We talked we prayed, and with faith and trust the right buyer came along. Jess and her staff were fantastic, they answered all of my questions helped with inspections and eased my mind. I would highly recommend hiring Jess as your realtor for any property that you may have. This is the fourth property that I have listed with Jess and she will be my realtor for life. She is honest and committed to getting your property sold at the best possible price and within a reasonable amount of time.

Jess Noto has been absolutely incredible to work with. My dad is moving to Kentucky, and I introduced them. She has made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and manageable from start to finish. He ended up choosing a new build, and Jess showed up for every meeting — advocating for us, asking questions we didn’t even know to ask, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She has answered literally a million questions for us, from “who pays this fee?” to “how much do we tip the movers?” — and everything in between. My dad didn’t move in right away, and when an ice storm was coming, Jess went over to the house herself to make sure everything was ready and secure. As my dad puts it, she is truly a gem. We felt supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend Jess highly enough. I won't use another realtor!!!
