Hello, I’m Jessica McColskey, and I’m an experienced Licensed REALTOR® with JPAR Modern Real Estate. My office is based in Arvada and I serve the entire Denver Metro Area, including North Metro and Front range areas. As a residential and probate specialist, I have years of experience working with buyers and sellers. I also have experience with investment properties and residential land sales. My education and early career as an RN are a testament to my dedication to helping people in this great community. I know that it takes long hours, focus, and adherence to a strict standard of protocol and regimentation to ensure the long-term success of the patients in my care. I apply this same philosophy and ethic to my clients. While they may be physically healthy, there’s an inherent longing attached to many of my clients, such as a job change, life change, or something pressuring them to act. I handle single-family homes, luxury homes, foreclosures, and investment properties. I can help you focus our MLS search based on items of interest to you and your family, friends, roommates, or potential tenants. We can focus on amenities like school districts, preferences for urban, suburban, or rural, and proximity to hospitals, colleges, you name it. Whatever makes a person need to buy or sell, I’ll help you address every detail in my approach.

Above And Beyond My Expectations

I thought I wasn’t in a good place...until I told Jessica, my REALTOR, what I needed to sell my home for and how quickly I needed to sell it. However, she kept assuring me everything would be fine. I thought my timing was horrible because it’s winter time, how long properties are taking to sell right now, and how much I needed to sell it for. Also, we all know the market has not been good lately with the crazy high interest rates and all, but not only did she find me a buyer in ONLY one day (Yes, I said one day), she was also able to get me the exact price I needed for it too. What a godsend! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful she was to work with (always available to take my calls) and how professionally (w/ marketing, inspections, contracts, negotiations, etc) she handled everything. I will definitely use her again for ALL of my real estate needs and I HIGHLY recommend her. She definitely knows how to get the job done! If you are reading this Jessica, I can’t begin to thank you enough for all your wonderful help and hard work!!

The sale of my home

My husband and I are extremely pleased with Jessica McColskey’s overall performance.
