My wife and I were in the Meridian area looking at neighborhoods for our upcoming move when we saw a sign for an open house. We decided to stop in and take a look. Jessica was the agent showing the house and as soon as we started talking to her I new she was the agent we were going to use to buy our new home. Even though we lived out of state and months away from buying, she kept us up to date on homes for sale in the areas we decided on. She would check in once a month or so but never seemed pushy. Once we were ready to buy, I flew back to Boise and we spent three days looking at homes. She was very receptive and helpful in looking for the perfect home we wanted. After we decided on a beautiful house, I had to fly back home. Jessica took over the whole buying process for us, she was always available and would call or text me if I had any questions. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and handled the inspection and final walk through without my wife and I present. On top of everything she has done for us, she really seems like a wonderful person and I can't say enough good things about our experience with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Thanks Jessica for everything.

Jessica listened to what my needs were. This was a gift. We moved quickly and I relied on her advice and truly believed she cared about what we needed for my daughter. She made me feel comfortable during the process of negotiating, provided her expertise and guided me and we accomplished everything I could have ever wanted as a TEAM. No pressure, pure guidance. My daughter has struggled with extreme trauma over an over since she was little. She loves Idaho and I needed her to feel safe in her own shoes. Jessica was an incredible advisor and please know she has a gift for wanting the best for her client. I am a tough sell and she had my back the entire way. Super service. Jessica found this house for us and handled everything right down to the video closing walk through. This was a remote purchases and we couldn’t be happier.
